larryconnors Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 This summer I would like to take a road trip. I'm thinking of going to Plymouth in my Plymouth via secondary roads and staying for few days. I'm sure there are towns named Plymouth all over the place. I live in Topsfield Ma. I am considering Plymouth Ma (65 Miles), Plymouth New Hampshire (100 miles) or Plymouth Vermont (144 miles). Has anyone ever driven their Plymouth to Plymouth and, if so, which one? Quote
Merle Coggins Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 Come to Plymouth, WI. I believe Young Ed has had his there. Quote

JohnS48plm Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 I had my 1948 Plymouth convertible to Plymouth Mass in 1993 and to Plymouth Michigan in 1998. 1 Quote

TodFitch Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 I've had my Plymouth in Plymouth, California. Not a town that is really worth visiting however. For what it is worth, Plymouth, California is only about 30 miles from the Dodge truck BBQ tomorrow. So if someone wanted to take about an hour tour they could get there and back. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 Come to Plymouth Indiana for the Blueberry fest on labor day weekend. Huge car show and a swap meet. Quote
Young Ed Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 I wonder how many states have a plymouth? We have one here in MN too. Quote
Bmartin Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 Plymouth, CA has all the wine tasting if you are into that. Otherwise, yah, not much in town. My parents live there and they actually picked up my car from a guy in that area. Quote

Niel Hoback Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 I'll bet that's more than the number of states that have a ford, but not as many as have a Lincoln. Now I'm curious. Quote
Dave72dt Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 In addition to a Plymouth, we also have a Desoto and a Dodge County, a city called Dodgeville and a governor in times past named Dodge. 1 Quote
busycoupe Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Plymouth NC is about 40 miles north of me. I could drive my there, but somehow it wouldn't be the same. 1 Quote

Lumpy Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 I'm not sure if there is a Plymouth in Washington State, but there is a Dodge down towards Oregon and the Blue Mountains....I guess me and Lumpy better take a road trip! Real nice secondary and back roads down there. ken. Quote
John Reddie Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 I have driven both of my '67 Plymouths to Plymouth (MA) many times. Not P15'S but Plymouths never the less. There is a Benny's Store there that has a well stocked automotive department. It was in Plymouth that I joined the Plymouth Ownere's club at their summer meet in 1993. John R Quote
captden29 Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 is there a town named Chrysler anywhere? Chrysler building is in NYC. capt den Quote
Fastback Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Down here we have a New Plymouth !! Much better than the old ones ......... a nice place but not a lot to do unless you are involved with the energy sector. A bit far to drive from where you are and also unless your car is very water tight you will get quite wet. Fastback NZ Quote
Grdpa's 50 Dodge Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 I worked out of Belvidere in years past. That is in state of Illinois. What I wanna know is if I drive my Dodge to Dodge Kansas will Matt Dillion or Festus run me out of town??? Or would Miss Kitty serve me a Root Beer at the Longbranch??? Quote
Don Coatney Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 I think you will be OK as long as you don't get corralled. Quote
