Huh? Scratching My Head On This One

I think I'd be tempted to measure and mark the shaft.  Then remove the pump and take it to the press.  With a large bearing splitter behind the mounting flange it would be fairly easy to move it forward to line up, without any extraneous parts.

If it is like the early version of the pump on my car then that flange has been drilled and pinned. In addition, the shaft end play is set by the location of the flange. So probably not quite that easy to move the flange and probably a bad idea to do so anyway.

Finding or making the proper spacer seems the best course of action. Second best would be to use some washers to space the pulley out.

I had to adjust the mount on the Chinese water pump I got from Rock auto to align the belts - back some 1/8+" .

Maybe if move out something like these from Speedway?

This is the correct spacer 20211219_203002_compress8.jpg.bee7683eb3733389b8170bf656ff471c.jpgitem and what to use to space out the fan and pulley.

That spacer would be easy to fabricate, wouldn't even have to be round. A hole saw, drill four holes, cut out the blank and you're done.  The pulley would be the pattern.  :)

Sure make 30 of 'em. Sell 'em on E-bay. Then Mopar Pro will buy one, copy it perfectly and cut you out of the market.

Ask me how I know? Lol.

Mikey ....AKA Moparnopro  is ruthless in selling, copying and reproducing parts.

I’ve got lots to say about Moparpro but I’ll leave it alone. Just beware there are plenty of offshore reproduced,  poor fitting parts on the market.

as a builder of cars....I will Mikey is doing what he is best suited to do, super rocky start on this forum as owner/builder....as for the prices and such.....if folks want to pay his price...that is up to them.....I have made respectable offers for stuff he is selling and no problems.  I have sold NOS to him, again, no problems.  Big big world out there folks....
