  1. I don't give them a vote on this.
  2. Glad to hear that all went well.
  3. I have always liked Studebakers, especially Larks.
  4. And wait till they have questions or a rare warranty issue.
  5. Now I drive a school bus, might go back to the train job at an amusement park in the summer. See how it goes
  6. Took me two years to find this in my 52 Plymouth. First place I now look if any problems arise.
  7. You all have heard the story about the Rainbow Bridge where all our pets wait for us to cross over and return to them. My youngest daughter a few years ago remarked that when she crosses that bridge, she will be trampled by pets she has loved and who loved her. May you all be trampled like that when your time comes.
  8. It's gone now, the listing that is but in it the seller said he was trying to raise funds for his Father-in-laws Cancer fight.
  9. Serious and for a cause but fun for sure: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Plymouth-GTX-/222280463658?forcerrptr=true&hash=item33c0f2b52a:g:9eYAAOSwzaJX7ue1&item=222280463658
  10. I would like those on my P23.
  11. I remember back in ancient times it was popular when fuel injections systems(Mechanical) would not work correctly owners often replaced the fuel injection with usually Weber Carbs. Foreign cars of course is what I am talking about. Alfas etc.
  12. Happy to hear all went well. Having once passed a very small bladder stone I sure can commiserate.
  13. On the flat Chrysler sixes the two bolts that are in the lower middle of the joint manifolds go into the water jacket. You might need to remove them and after draining the system reseal them with a waterproof sealant.
  14. Try these guys: http://www.mooresautosalvage.com/default.asp http://www.allamericanclassics.com/ http://www.wildcatmopars.com/
  15. I have found that signing off on my computer breaks the chain. I also automatically have my history deleted upon closing and that seems to help.
  16. I never click on ads like that. If I want information on something I search for it. Hopefully the Webmaster will kill it.
  17. Our two dogs send Cooper a Big WOOF!!!!!
  18. I bought a kit from NAPA a few years ago to redo one of mine. Just the two seals, about $7.00 I think. But I could never get it to work right after replacing them. Despite my best efforts the one I took apart never worked right again. I must have done something wrong but I surely cannot tell what it was.
  19. Just for fun I guess.
  20. I have a 58 and I thought that nobody liked me.
  21. Colorful for sure
  22. My 52 Cranbrook was at 5:00 when I got it. I had starting issues and knowing no better at the time I changed it to be what the manual said. Solved starting issues but now is correct. Wasn't a big deal to change.
  23. Haven't I learned that!!!!!
  24. Probably would have had I had know about it at the time. Still mine work well and I have no complaints. I will admit that the correct tool is always the best way. However there is no way I want to take them apart again to redo it.
  25. I did my 52 without the special tool and other than a lot of time it has turned out just fine. Good strong pedal, no pulling, and stops well for a 63 year old car.
