  3. Don't forget to clean the pickup pan while you have it apart. I for one didn't know to do it until I read it on this forum.

  5. Hi Mark I tried to post pics of my interior I keep getting that max size 3 MB. To answer your question re SMS fabrics ,that is where I got my broadcloth for my interior . I had to go to the Better Business Bureau to get them to send my material after waiting about a year. There is nothing wrong with the material the interior looks great . I got my headliner from WLS headliners out of Georgia. it was a perfect fit and also looks great . Good luck with your project.
  6. If you look at the tooth wheel part it also has been hitting the latch wrong .
  7. Also make sure the seal is the right side up.
  8. Your 40 would have had 16 inch rims the 48s were the first to switch to 15 inch rims. Or maybe you are switching to to 15 inch rims.

  11. I took some pics hope they help.7-341 attaches to the splash pan and fenders as per pic the holes are slotted to allow movement on the fender attachments. Also took pics that show 15-11-7 attachment points Just a reminder my car is a D25 ,doesn't have part 7-31-10.
  12. Are you sure that parts manual is for a 48 P15 . I went and looked at my Canadian 48 dodge which is basically the same as a P15 and those parts aren't there. Just maybe that is a difference between the P15 and the D25 .Sorry on closer inspection I do have those parts amazing what a light will do.
  13. So the tray sits on the inner fender shelf . From the tray to the top of the battery is 8 inches with two inches to spare to the fender lip.
  14. Yes of course never thought of RHD.
  15. The battery tray is 7.5 x15 inches and it is on the driver side inner fender on my car .
  16. I had little or no trouble removing my oil pan .Had more trouble removing the clutch inspection plate. Also ran into trouble again ordering parts for my dodge as its Canadian built and they sent me the wrong part I tried to explain to them the difference between Canadian and American build autos . Now they are refusing to reimburse me saying it was my fault. It was I should have ordered from my go to American parts store instead of local. I tried our local NAPA store it was out of stock, wouldn't be in stock till the end of the month.
