tom'sB2B Posted May 26, 2020 Report Posted May 26, 2020 Though charming to look at, I've heard that they are quite a nuisance, chewing things up. Quote
Dan Hiebert Posted May 26, 2020 Report Posted May 26, 2020 The back of our shop is gnawed up really bad from porcupines. Around here, folks will shingle the bottom few feet of wooden barn walls, or install metal flashing to help prevent that. There are only two critters with an open season in Maine - red squirrels and porcupines. In Texas they would be classified as varmints. Maine doesn't have a "varmint" classification for any wildlife, just those two with an open season. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 26, 2020 Report Posted May 26, 2020 we have open season on hogs.....should include armadillo and squirrel...AND IF SASQUATCH did exist...what classification and bag limit would their be? 1 Quote
