Hi Guy's;

Anybody out there have a pattern for the side window glass ? I had one..... but lost it some how :mad:

I need the type for doors with the vent. I have all the rest as patterns and just need one of these to get new glass made.

Thanks very much

I've got patterns for ALL the glass (minus the corner) if you need any other patterns.

Would this be the pattern for my '48 Stake?

Also, how do the windows come out?  My drivers side has a piece missing but the passengers side is just cracked, all the pieces are there and in place.  If I can get the pass side out, without breaking it further, I can use it to make a pattern also.

the shop manual has glass removal instructions....but I took mine out thru the access panel in the door.  You have to remove the two clips on the regulator and dismount the front guide from the door.

I have the front guide removed but I'm not sure where the "two clips" are on the regulator.  Also, is the shop manual available online?  If so, how do I access it?

Thanks.

Hey guys,

Anyone know if you can use the one piece side window in place of the vent window style with the proper modifications? I'm also looking for the glass pattern if anyone has?

If it helps you at all the "NAGS pattern" number is 4244s. You might be able to give that number to a local glass shop for a pattern.

Thanks, I'll try that at the shop that cut my front windshields. Anyone know if there is any difference in the doors tho? Other then the obvious vent hinge and lock piece

  I converted my 53 pilot house standard cab to a vent window in the '80's. I gutted the doors from a deluxe cab and put the parts into my standard cab doors with no modifications, so I guess you could go the other way with the right parts.

Looks like that number won't work with anyone around here, so now I'm in need of a pattern if anyone has? I can get one made up, but where I live it's not easy to get the glass guy to drive 40 mins each way to build one.

sorry about that. is this what your looking for?

100% what I need....but I can wait if someone else comes up with it before from a window already out. I won't be mounting power windows until March likely

Think my wife has the NAGS pattern memorized pretty much.

Are you telling me out of all those doors and parts you don't have a non vent window door glass?
