I tried XP & IE8, Firefox and Chrome and all worked fine for both the upload and displaying the lightbox for picture display. Made sure your java addons are installed and up to date

I was just trying to find some info i had in some saved threads and ran into this problem.  Where am I to get the URL for the old threads?

DId you have the links saved anywhere, like a bookmark?

FYI, put a support ticket in with vendor to get a definitive answer on subscribed threads.

Sorry no I didn't have them saved anywhere else.

It is suppose to get moved to "Your Profile" (little triangle next to the your login name) -> "Content I Follow"

Looks like you have a couple items but I don't know if they are from the old board. Let me know.

Nope those are from the new board....I had probably 40+ from the old board I had subscribed to.

Just tried it at work with win7 and IE8. Same issue as at home.

I just bit the bullet and used the "Mark Community Read" button. This did show everything as being read as in not bold font. But using the "View New Content" button at the top of the page still displayed 180 threads when all have been read. I then did a power reset on my computer, re-started and brought the forum back up, used the view new content button and the 180 threads still were displayed. Once I have read everything should anything display when I use the view new content button?

Nevermind! I just figurred it out. I adjusted the "BY TIME PERIOD" to "new sence my last visit" and all of the postings I have read all disappeared as they should.

Where is that "Mark Community Read" button? I don't see it (Firefox 11.0 on Ubuntu Linux).

Found it on each individual forum. I wonder if it is possible to have a "mark all as read" in the new content search area as that seems to be where I'd come into the forum in order to pick up where I left off.

Way at the bottom-mark community read.

Hey GTK...how didja post under my profile?  cuz I've been offline for a few days...anyhow, My Profile is empty of content I was following.  I did not take screen shots of my old subscribed threads pages to know which threads to re-subscribe.

This is a silly question but what does it mean below my name where it says how many posts I've made and says 0 Warnings. Is that a good thing? I haven't seen it on other members post. Just curious.

I've seen that on my posts but not on others too.

I think it is for you to see how bad the moderator(s) think you've been but not for others to see.

I also see that on my postings only. Might be a bad boy warning or possibly a waning for being over the limit on bandwidth for too many pictures and such. Guess we will find out when someone gets there first warning.

Something else I have observed. When I add multiple quotes the font size changes to very small when I respond. And on this response thewe is a solid line through my response as I type it. Edited by Don Coatney

No problems: I like the new 24 7 chat feature. I did not do anything to my posts on the old system. Are they gone? No matter, just wondering.

UPDATE: looks like thread subscriptions on the old forum have gotten lost in the shuffle, so now I've got some rainy day research to do, as well as updating the plethora of links to posts I have made in posts...heck I might go bonkers during a stretch of inclement weather and make a page of links to posts of interest in some tech articles   B)

When chat indicates someone / others are on, can one see who that is w/o logging in? I like the new chat feature.
