Don Coatney Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 In my opinion not much is up with it. Quote
RobertKB Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 In my opinion not much is up with it. Ditto. Poorly butchered car. Quote
austinsailor Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 I was kinda liking it a little bit until I saw the back window. Man, is that ugly! I guess the section was the vertical section to shorten it. Doesn't seem to be sectioned horizontally. That is one you'd have to see in person to even consider. Quote
Uncle-Pekka Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 Looks kinda... stupid. Waste of good tin. Quote
90lxfive0 Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 The more I look at it the more I hate it. If done right it could be decent but it looks like a total hackjob. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 VW gave us the doodlebug..this one must be the dorklebug..not my cup of tea either..evidently even the owner don't like it either as..IT'S FOR SALE Quote
Niel Hoback Posted October 4, 2012 Report Posted October 4, 2012 YIKES ! Well, I've done some goofy stuff, but,,,, that guy should have been stopped before he started! Quote
Don Jordan Posted October 5, 2012 Report Posted October 5, 2012 I'm afraid that is truly scary. But that's what makes the world go round. Quote
40P10touring sedan Posted October 5, 2012 Report Posted October 5, 2012 (edited) Is it me, or does that look like it used to be a 4 door? edit-Hmmm, question answered when I actually read the description....thought so from the side shot...interesting, but i wouldn't do it to mine. greg g Posted October 5, 2012 Author Report Posted October 5, 2012 The slanted door pillar suggests a coupe. As for the rest??????????????? Quote
Furylee2 Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Don't ya think they used coupe doors, and built the piller on the sedan. Quote
Young Ed Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 I think they melded the 2 doors together to form one larger door that hinged at the back. It looks like it still has the OEM rear lower hinge sticking out. Quote
JIPJOBXX Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Ah yes but not as beatifull as this car! Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 oh no not the gold car AGAIN....that thing has the potential to make an Aztec look good.... Quote
Don Coatney Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 I think they melded the 2 doors together to form one larger door that hinged at the back. It looks like it still has the OEM rear lower hinge sticking out. Might be the only hinge on the door. I wonder what the wheelbase is on that junker? Quote
Young Ed Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Don I suspect it still has both rear hinges same as the rear doors on a p15 four door. Another oddball Quote
RobertKB Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Poor thing! Don I suspect it still has both rear hinges same as the rear doors on a p15 four door. Another oddball Quote
JIPJOBXX Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 That think looks like it a cartoon!!!!!!!! Quote
hkestes41 Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 While not a Mopar, I think this is one sweet ride Quote
hkestes41 Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Believe it or not, this thing started as a 58 Plymouth. Quote

claybill Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 well......... think about it......... are we judging someone else's enthusiasm and goals by our standards,?? who knows! here is a young guy in a different world than we and he is HAVING FUN.! it's on the road! he's driving it.! and he is having a ball with his peers. in my book...you cant beat that.! all comments we have about..it being ugly and whatever.....DONT APPLY.! am i the only one that thinks like this.?? ha! bill! Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 yeah...I myself may think a car can be ugly as original sin but in saying it is ugly does not take away from his enthusiasm nor am I saying there is not a ton of work and skill in getting to where the car is currently at...just saying it is UGLY..no apologies...lots of folks don't care for how I may do things, may not like the end product...oh well..move along Betty...for every car that has a following there is a great number who could care less if it ever exists on paper let alone in real life..
