Please don't paint the oil cannister......it really does look good with the contrasting Ivory and fire plug red against the silver block. Dirty but you can see the effect. -

If you have the wrong fluid and it causes foam the pump will cavitate and not function properly.

The NAPA at my home town still has their books.....and bar stools to relax in with a coffee pot on the counter.....too bad they are near San Antone and me in Omaha. I still order from them when ever I can.

You came dangerously close to this....... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrolock Remove the head clean out the bores there is NO other way to do this, inspect everything, rotate the assy, those other pistons are not stuck.... if they were the other 2 would not rotate and spew.
