  4. Doggone that ladder.......If I even climbed halfway up that thing I'd get a nosebleed....lol. Fell off the roof once and a horizontal stabilizer of a TA-4J within a roughly 2 year period both times sustaining injuries. Hardpack on the first one and cement floor on the second, needless to say I have lost my nerve when it comes to heights.
  5. 1942 Chrysler barrel back woody as long as I am dreaming........
  6. Ahhh the Bugatti.......excellent choice, did you mean the 1995 Chrysler Atlantic concept car pretty neat exercise in modernism.
  7. 1930's 1 ton dodge truck, 1.5 ton pilothouse, 1946-48 chrysler windsor long wheelbase, and a turbo PT cruiser beater to have fun in.
  8. Had a "John Wayne" on my key chain for about a month.......until it opened up in my pocket, cut through the liner and dug into my leg pretty good. After that it lived in my glovebox.
  9. You lucky dog!.........Learned how to use a similar one in shop class, no obd 2 but sure helped on my 67 Belvedere II GTX.

  13. You need a brass fitting more than likely Ace hardware has it or Grainger, or McMaster Carr.
  14. The stud on the far right.......are you going to go to all this effort on your restoration just to place a totally rusted nut on that......? Yes, I am calling you out on this.
  15. maybe a fixture could be built to put a FD coupling on a modern tire balancing machine and you would know where to add a little extra weld? Balance it dry then add your ISO 32?
  16. I wonder how many microns a panty hose filter is....lol. Pretty good idea though.
  17. That of course is your decision to make, If I had a grandfather clock in the hallway that hadn't been moved for 75 years and it kept perfect time.........Should I take it apart just to make sure it kept good time for the next 25 years....? My cheesy analogy and my last effort, good luck and the best of results with your endeavor.?
  18. I know......sad face...some of them are mine...? I have a grandson that is dumber than a bag of door knobs, how he has survived past the age of 21 is beyond me.....he lives with us when he is not in the ER or the gray bar hotel or on the run. I love him with all my heart but he really is a nimcowpoop.
  19. I have been pondering on replacing my 3 speed with a 4 speed OD, still using the original shifter for the forward gears and using a separate stick under the dash for reverse...I saw it on youtube with a 60's Ford car. Looked real simple to operate. If I was to convert to floor shift it would be a tremec/getrag 6 speed with double OD and a 3.90 pumpkin, plenty of grunt in the first 4 and steep enough for double OD. That would utilize all 100 horses nicely.
  20. I liked his covered bridge photos, it was like being there.
