  1. There was a company years ago that was making a seat mounting brackets/risers to install early 80's Riviera, Toronado or Eldorado front seats. Can't remember the name of the company or if they are still in business.
  2. I've seen the Crown Vic swaps done, but usually on 60's and 70's Ford pickups.
  3. Did you bring it home?
  4. Looks good. Do you have any pictures of the Omni rack install?
  5. There are several videos on YouTube showing how to do an alignment at home.
  6. I can't believe how much Amazon gets for that book. I saw several used copies for 165.00 to over 300.00. Maybe I should sell my copy. Lol
  7. You also want to watch for wheel flex. The radial tires seem to put more stress on the stock wheels. My 47 Plymouth had stock wheels with radial tires when I bought it years ago. Sometimes when making a turn the front wheels would flex enough to pop off a hubcap and it would go rolling past me. ?
  8. i think Dodge used pressed in studs and Plymouth used the lug bolts.
  9. Are they available in 12 volt?
  10. I'm confused. Is it a long block engine or the short block engine. The 218 is a short block, but I thought the Spit Fire heads were for the longer block. Am I missing something?
  11. Thanks. I don't think I've ever seen that before.
  12. Sure, a picture would be good. Just curious.
  13. Where did you hook up the other end of the 1/4" inch line you hooked to the choke housing. Should go to a heat source.
  14. Rock Auto has them listed on their site.
  15. That doesn't even look right. I think whoever sold it didn't know what it fit.
  16. I used a Runtz on my gas gauge. It worked for about a day and then quit working. Took the dead Runtz out and have been running 12 volts to my gauge for years now. No problem.
  17. 500,000 increase in 5 years is insane.
  18. View from the front.
  19. Side view of my 47 Deluxe from a few years ago. One and a half coils removed from the front. Rear is currently about 2 inches lower. No recent pictures.
  20. Maybe someone else in your area saw your posts on here and made a move on it. I think I might have kept quiet about finding it until it was in my driveway. Or.........He's just looking for a better offer from you to sweeten the deal in his favor. I hope it works out for you.
  21. If I remember correctly, the 200-4R was used in full size sedans, and 80"s SS Monte Carlos and Buick Grand Nationals. I would think it would be stout enough.
  22. Arvin, same heater I have in my 47.
  23. I hope they work for you Bob. Might have to modify a little, but looked like a good idea to me.
  24. I've been running 12 volts to my gas gauge for over 10 years. No problem. Originally bought the Runtz reducer and it quit working about a week or two later. It's been working on 12 volts ever since.
