Plymouthy Adams Posted December 11, 2016 Report Share Posted December 11, 2016 (edited) busycoupe: It looks like it has blue dots on the tail lights actually not...the bumps that are cast into the glass lens was the first attempt at a reflective application. the cars at that time by law had to park with traffic with the drivers side aligned with flow of traffic...only the left lens had this dot..if you see a car of this era with glass dots on both lenses..it has been an owner change/upgrade... Years ago I worked at the new Smith Tool plant in Irvine. One day a big grinding wheel let go killing the operator. As I remember it was around 14" to 16" in diameter. The poor guy never stood a chance and it had all the guards in place. This thing looks to be 8' or 9' And as we all know ........ big wheel keeps on turning.
