aero3113 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Not sure why but I think I like it I think it's the port holes in the hood. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Plymouth-1950-plymouth-speceal-sdn-/200532710797?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2eb0ae558d Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Definitely stands out in a crowd. Quote
Edward Roberts Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Betcha can't hear the radio over that paint job! I like the port holes, too, but I thought Cragers were only allowed on Novas? Quote
pflaming Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 His girl friend must sell Mary Kay! Quote
greg g Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 I kinda want to see more of the flamed hearse in the background. If you check his other items for sale, he has quite and interesting selection and what look like a stock Plymouth or Dodge in the background also. Personally do not care for the Mauve paint job. But he is succinct in his descriptions.... Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 It only has 3 portholes.......does that make it a "Plymouth Special" (like a Buick Special)? Would four holes make it Plymouth Roadmaster? Quote

1950 Special Deluxe Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 a real man can drive a pink car..!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again with my 13 year old son. For his school picture, he wore black shorts, pink Bill-a-Bong (?) belt, black long sleeve dress shirt and a pink tie. He leaves for school after my wife and I go to work. We get the pictures and my wife comments on how nice he looks. I look at the pictures and I ask him, don't your peeps (friends/cronies) pick on you? His response, "No they are jealous:) that's how I roll." I had to leave the room as I refused to laugh at this in front of him, but wow did I laugh after. No lack of self esteem.:D:D Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 its not magenta..I own a 1973 Triumph GT6 that is truly magenta...if I put yellow stripes on it I would have a rad con mobile Quote
