  1. Joe, It was good to meet you glad you had a safe trip both ways. While it is building up some we still have a lot of wild life here,as for the turkeys you should have took one home for dinner . Ed
  2. As you noted different states have different rules. In NJ where I live its such a PIA to try to get a title for a vehicles without one I will only buy a vehicle without a title if its for parts and eventually heading for the scrap yard. But in this time when states are looking for money you would think some elected official would fix the law making it easier to get title for older vehicles they could charge 2 or 3 time the normal title rate and make revenue for the state.
  3. Joeloakie summed it up pretty good. Not everyone has the answer to every question. I did reply to your master cylinder leak post and recommended you replace it maybe not the answer you wanted to hear but the safest. Other question you asked about the air cleaner (road draft tube) there is not a blow up of that part but it is only the tube a bolt and some filter material, so it was information that was not available . Best advice I can give is if you did not get a answer you need in a few days repost it and maybe try to word it a little differently.

  5. My 48 B1d has a body tag 4712 which was a cab and chassis. The dump bed a Galion GH56 was then added. If there is a body # tag on the firewall by the cowl it may give you a little more information about the body
