    front shocks

Had a leaky rf shock on the Cranbrook, 2 years old from Andy Bernbaum, not complaining, I do remember not long ago hitting a pothole heading for ice cream. With some advice from this forum, I purchased a pair of Monroe 5752 shocks, removed the bushing from the AB shocks and installed them in the Monroes. Happy Cranbrook again!!!!
  8. I copy and pasted, what am I doing wrong?
  9. Also includes the mounting bracket if I remember correctly.

  11. I love my 6v positive ground alternator.?
  12. Dorman 04991 castle nut helps you "fine tune" the wheel bearing preload. This was previously suggested by Sniper. I had to narrow down the nut slightly for it to work properly to get the cotter pin through.
  13. you the man Sniper!!!!
  14. this is from Harbor Freight

  20. My buddy gave me a tube of Blue Streak lubricam grease SL-2 (Standard Motor Products) haven't been able to find it on line. This tube will last me my lifetime!!!!
  21. When I rebuilt my engine I set the valves while on the engine stand at .012 in and ex., after installing and running to operating temp., I rechecked with engine running, two needed to be loosened up slightly for proper clearance of .010".
  22. I never cared for wax, I prefer Wizard's Shine Master polish and sealant, also using a clay bar first makes a big difference in the finish
  23. The P24 engine I acquired recently, came with a 6 blade fan and 2 spacers between the fan and pulley. Back when I raced dirt bikes, water wetter was very popular, but as Keith mentioned, it will not boil, but the engine is still HOT! I never used it, never lost an engine.
