Los_Control
Depends what you are using for photos .... I use a basic android phone, I simply open the camera then go into settings and I resize the photos there .... they usually have 3 or 4 different settings and always largest settings for best photo when shipped. Now when you take photos they will be the correct size for forum. Then I have a desktop computer I use for everything, I have a few different programs I can edit & resize photos if needed. Just far easier to go to camera settings and take them the correct size in the first place.

rcl700
You can take pictures with phone then edit / crop the picture and save. Then use the smaller cropped picture

For photos taken with my last camera, I would cut to 50%. With my cellular, I cut to 35%. It all depends on the resolution of the original picture. (I started doing this when I wanted to insert a photo into an email, making it small enough that the entire photo would show in a single view, w/o needing to scroll back & forth or up & down.) Another way is to pull the photo up in Windows Photo Viewer, then use Snip to select just the part I want. You can also use this method to capture a photo of a car in an old movie, or from a site that doesn't offer the Save As ... option.

keithb7
Iphone: Open the photo you just took. Take a screen shot of it by pushing power button and volume up button at the same time. (What button to use depends on what model iphone you have). It will save the new screen shot photo along with all your other photos. Yet it will be smaller in size. Upload new screen shot photo here, instead of original photo.

greg g
Change your camera setting to a lower pixel count. You don't need Hi Def pics to post up here.
