At the bottom of the forum's page is a running list of " on liners" . Why are bing, google, and yahoo most always in that list? Do they monitor forums for their visitor' s information? I have searched google for information and often see a reply taken from this forum. Sometimes it's faster to search this forum via google.

They are search bots building indexes of content posted. They run 7X24 updating the their info and only have access to forum posts. (I control access programmatically under the covers)

6 of one half a dozen of the other as far as data mining goes.  The other end is that when you use a search engine to look for parts and services, the places site you look at then show up here and other sites as banners or sponsored pop ups.
