DonaldSmith
I suspect that Sante Klaas and other versions of the name were derived from the Latin for Saint Nicholas.

pflaming
On the road! Identify the cars. What is the year for the Chrysler?
DonaldSmith
'46 through First Series '49 Chrysler. (Edit:) This one pictured seems to have the longer hood, for the straight-eight engine. That's a whole other topic, which series got the eight and which got the six. The body is basically the same as the DeSotos and Dodges, with different badging, grille, trim etc. Edited January 2, 2016 by DonaldSmith

Plymouthy Adams
Don that car is great for the guy who does not know where he is going, where he came from or where he many want to go next...think of it...no backing up...parking facing traffic even if going wrong way on a one way street..(can you use this term with this car) odds are he can be solo and still be his own back seat driver...
