Jeff Balazs Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 Had a visit yesterday with a local fellow named Pat that just got this one running. I sure wish my truck had the original paint like this Plymouth. Pretty darned cool. Jeff 3 Quote

Don Coatney Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 Nice looking car. Must be a California car with no heater. Did you point the owner towards this forum? Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 (edited) I did read a 1 on the cable of the original picture...proper size..but most folks like the 0 gauge or better.. oh..and by Ed's picture, he has a spare heater in his car...LET'S MAKE A DEAL... Don Coatney Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 It does appear that the ground cable is not connected as original. Should be on the generator bracket bolt. Quote

Jeff Balazs Posted April 26, 2014 Author Report Posted April 26, 2014 Hey Guy's; The owner has been on the site on the car side. His name is Pat Jones. He lives a few blocks from my shop so I will probably be seeing him from time to time. He has the radio out. It was in the back seat. He has a friend that is going to go thru it and add and Ipod connection. He is probably like me in this regard and wants some control over what he listens too. This car does have dual heaters. He just doesn't have them hooked up. He has only had the car a short time but has had the engine rebuilt and gone thru the brakes etc. It looks like it has lived most of it's life here as rust was very minimal. Jeff Quote
RobertKB Posted April 26, 2014 Report Posted April 26, 2014 (edited) Sweet survivor!! Not a lot of two door sedans out there. Very nice body style. Edited April 26, 2014 by RobertKB Quote

Jeff Balazs Posted April 28, 2014 Author Report Posted April 28, 2014 Glad you enjoyed this. I really don't know much about the car side but I thought this one was pretty nice. I know nothing about the various body styles so it being a two door just seemed appropriate. I don't think he is going to do much more to it......just drive it the way it is. I imagine I will see him from time to time but he said he was sort of like me and not really into the local car shows and hangouts. The local independent parts shop told him about me and my old Dodge. Supposedly there is a silver Pilothouse around here somewhere? I have not actually seen it but some of my buddies have...... At this stage of my life I will just stick to one truck. Jeff 1 Quote
