greg g Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 Don't think I want to know the outcome of this event. The vehicle is certainly iteresting. Quote
TodFitch Posted May 1, 2012 Report Posted May 1, 2012 That deserved a web search. Looks like the fellow purchased the car after it had the accident. http://www.aprs.org/APRS-SPHEV.html And he has this add-on for when he needs more room to carry things: Quote
Don Coatney Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Your original posting also deserved a web search. Sorry, I will not post my findings:eek: Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Yikes. I don't even know what to say about that first picture. Quote
Don Coatney Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 I know we already have a "Plywoody" on board but I am afraid to google a "pure woody" Quote
Oldguy48 Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Don't think I want to know the outcome of this event. The vehicle is certainly iteresting. Looks like they make a lovely couple. Quote
greg g Posted May 2, 2012 Author Report Posted May 2, 2012 I believe those are different Prius (uhhhh, is there a plural for Prius, Priusi?) Quote
40P10touring sedan Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 (edited) I think it's "priusessess" and that would be the Eco version woody with more PPG{pine per gallon}....and the hack passenger kind of looks like my mother in law but less dinosauruos...essess. Edited May 2, 2012 by 40P10touring sedan no good reason what so ever Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 typical Harley rider..what can I say..wonder if that thing knows how to cook? Quote
40P10touring sedan Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Trying to get away from the Baaaaaaahd comments, I'll try this, the cycle in question almost looks to be an old Henderson...possibly an Excelsior....don't think it's an HD. ...obviously a higher grade model with it's soon to be wool interior...that's it, I'm done...I got mutton...I mean nottin. Quote
greg g Posted May 2, 2012 Author Report Posted May 2, 2012 no need to be sheepish, keep the comments coming. Quote
JIPJOBXX Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Just what I was thinking baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I wonder if that match was made on E-harmony???? Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 Just what I was thinking baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I wonder if that match was made on E-harmony???? More like E-Farmony Quote
TodFitch Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 I believe those are different Prius (uhhhh, is there a plural for Prius, Priusi?) We've been using Prii ("pree-eye") since 2003 when got our second one. Which apparently Toyota finally got around to agreeing with in 2011 see: http://www.engadget.com/2011/02/21/toyota-decrees-the-plural-of-prius-is-prii-your-latin-teach/ My wife's vanity tag is "II PRII". Since "DUO PRII" was taken we just went with Roman numerals. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 I thought of Henderson immediately when i saw the bike but the sheep...that pure Harley Quote
james49ply Posted May 2, 2012 Report Posted May 2, 2012 In reality if that was a Harley, the passenger would be a PIG, Harley owners love their HOGS. Quote
greg g Posted May 2, 2012 Author Report Posted May 2, 2012 I surprised we haven't heard anything from our Australian members about this being a cycle UTE, You know take the shiela to church on Sunday and Eweie Darling to market on Monday. Maybe she was being spirited away in disguise, from those rough boys at the shearing sheds..... Quote
Dennis_MN Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 How the Aussies define Foreplay, Hop in the Truck Sheila! Quote
Desotodav Posted May 3, 2012 Report Posted May 3, 2012 We don't really go for the sheep thing here in Oz - it's more of a Kiwi (New Zealand) joke here. I thought that you might enjoy the attached photos.... I reckon that old mate with the BBQ on the bike would be closer to an Aussie tradition than the sheep in the side car! I thought all would enjoy the Asian fire engine so I attached a picture of it too... Desotodav Quote
mach0415 Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Hell, that pic isn't that unique. The ewe riding in the side car is prettier than some I have seen at Bike Week in Myrtle. As a matter of fact, its wearing more clothing too Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Harley owner's dream..a sheep that can cook... Quote
Don Coatney Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Harley owner's dream..a sheep that can cook... Think you got it wrong Tim! Should be a cook that can Sheep for the Harley owners..... Quote
DCurrent Posted May 26, 2012 Report Posted May 26, 2012 Looks like they make a lovely couple. It's not a Harley. The license plate says its more along the English line. Darren Quote
