RobertKB Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Beyond nuts but still very cool. Not a time for mental error or equipment failure!! Thanks for posting. I believe, but am not positive, that the pass is in Switzerland. Quote
Normspeed Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Cool. I'll bet his favorite movie is "Transformers". Quote
John Mulders Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Interesting, he seems to have pretty good control. John Quote
Englishbob Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Has to be close to an ultimate rush Quote
RobertKB Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Where's the brakes?? He probably belongs to the Enzo Ferrari school of brakes.........."Brakes are made for stopping; cars are made to GO!!!!!" Quote
plyman 50 Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I didn't see any turn signals. Hope he uses lights at night. Looks like great fun but not for the weak of heart. Quote
Arthur1947 Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Where's the brakes?? That's what the asbestos cup is for. Best. ARTHUR Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I wonder if there was anything left of his wheels by the time he was done. The vibration must be a killer. Quote
RobertKB Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I wonder if there was anything left of his wheels by the time he was done. The vibration must be a killer. Joe, missing a turn and going over one of those precipitous drops would be the killer! Certainly not for the faint of heart. Quote
Merle Coggins Posted December 7, 2009 Author Report Posted December 7, 2009 He probably belongs to the Enzo Ferrari school of brakes.........."Brakes are made for stopping; cars are made to GO!!!!!" I thought Enzo's quote was more like, "Who needs brakes, they only slow you down." Quote
RobertKB Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I thought Enzo's quote was more like, "Who needs brakes, they only slow you down." Merle, that could be but the idea is the same. He was a real character! Quote
Don Coatney Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I watched this a couple weeks back but did not notice the wheels on his back. Did he use them? Quote
Jim Saraceno Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 So imagine you driving a motorcycle and get passed by this guy:eek: You think they did a double take? I also thought those were wheels on his back. Maybe we'll see them used in the next video. Quote
T120 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 ...well done, excellent video and music,I could feel the adrenalin rush. What an experience! Quote
wayfarer Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 Not car or truck related, but you gotta see this.Well, its kinda car related...he has wheels and he got everything lowered... . Quote
DigmyP18 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 The motorcyclists had to brown their pants when he passed them. Sweet video. Quote
Don Jordan Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 When I was a kid we would take roller skates and nail one to a 2 x 4 and sit on it and go down the street. The older boys had Flexies (flexible flyers) Which was a sled with wheels. That was radical back then - this guy has taken radical to a whole new level. And I thought base jumping was over the top (so to speak). One nice thing about getting older is I am less adventurous. Quote
Rodney Bullock Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 The wheels on his back are for the return trip? Quote
Rollie Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 Just okay, would be impressive if he replaced the wheels on his back with a jet pack. Quote
Joe Flanagan Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 I wondered about the wheels on his back, too. They were probably there so if he had an accident he could get creative. If he'd gone under one of those guard rails and over the side, the only thing that helmet would have done for him is make an interesting whistling sound as he plummeted down. Quote
Normspeed Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 Anyone recognize the song or the group? Pretty neat music for the clip. I guess maybe it's a Euro-group. Quote
