    If you still use a mouse this will work also. pick your video, right click on the video itself, it will give you the option of copying the url....left click on that and it is saved. To imbed in your reply right click and choose paste. Done.

    remove tstat, put a pot of water on the stove insert candy thermometer When the water reaches your opening temp then lower the tstat on a wire and see if it pops.......no pop no good. If it is good time clean that block out, remove all freeze plugs petcock and water distribution tube. More than likely you have a good size chore ahead of you good luck.

    Obviously I'm not a GMC guy.......but wouldn't a 55-57 buick, olds or chevy fit...they are all basically the same car are they not? I mean if I needed a rad for say a 70 roadrunner I could use a coronet, satellite, or GTX probably a charger also.

    Won't work......those old thermos bottles have vacuum installed mirrored glass liners and will implode instantly when you drop them, if you drill a hole in it... poof.... a mess you will never get out of there.

    Did you fill the oil pump with KY?.......lol. don't leave it at 2500 run the throttle up and down for 20 minutes. yes you drain the oil. 50/50 anti freeze protects your engine better than straight water.....did you test your t-stat to see if it actually works?

    To each their own I have seen many conversions, they all work......so does the original oil bath filter, a little higher maintenance but every bit as good as a modern filter. Remember when these cars and trucks were built the interstate system was in its infancy and dirt/gravel roads were the norm. If it can filter out that constant barrage of contaminants then they can certainly handle hard city/concrete and black top paved surfaces.....with ease. Don't overfill and it won't spill....lol.
