  2. Found another one !
  3. Nice truck, color me green. Would really like to see the dump mechanisms, etc....I've seen some strange ones.
  4. Ramon Angulo was his name....
  5. A long time ago a young Hispanic gentleman who belongs to or simply owns a La Familia license topper did his White D-24 4 door Sedan in a beautiful Burl wood grain. It looked no where near stock but was the most gorgeous dash I had seen in a long time. I wish I could remember his name to show you the pictures....he was making a Bomba { a type of low rider with every stock accessary known to his year car...] low with a stock paint job. It is a beautiful example of one of our cars. Does anyone remember him? I cannot search for him because all these so called improvements to the forum format have eliminated access to the Alphabetical Listing for members.
  6. 99 and going.....
  7. I love 3onatree, that being said.....if I was going to put a floor shifter in a car that never had one from the factory, it would be a 5 or 6 speed so I could reap the benefits from OD or double OD. I realize this not the OP's chosen path, just my opinion. EDIT. Put one of these on there and no ones the wiser til you start rowing gears.
  8. Now here is a town sedan without the afore mentioned extra knob and jewel.
  9. Under the emblem in the center of this picture is your map lite, I didn't know it was supposed to flash either. edit. what a terrible picture so sorry.
  10. Forum member Pflaming made one check his content.
  11. You will never regret buying this, or one like it.......under 200 clams. https://www.amazon.com/Central-Hydraulics-Ton-Shop-Press/dp/B006ZBB7YG
  12. Soak the leather seal in oil overnite, it should swell back up.
  13. Terrible advice......why don't you practice on it.....metal work, paint skills, welding....get better at using fillers or improve your sanding skills. Scrapping should be the last resort.
  14. I've never seen that before......but I've never owned or driven the rare Town Sedan before. Here is a regular sedan dash, note they have different woodgrain also.
  15. Less pictures of you and more of the car......lol. Am curious about the red jeweled socket. Plymouthy Adams is our town Sedan man, Don Coatney is your clutch guy, Hemmings Motor news has all kinds of Radio repair and modern upgrade vendors. Casper50 has gone thru his clock and has it working.....personally the quartz conversion seems a better option to me. Did I say more pictures? Try Andy Bernbaums or Roberts motor parts or vintage power wagon for heater valves. Buy a copy of Hemmings motor news and read it from front to back for vendors.

  17. If you get ice cream every time you go for a drive you are going to need to go for more walks.....lol.
  18. I was looking at a cheap 2 tonner Robert[already sold] not an expensive half ton pickup....lol.
  19. On the same site for $600 dollars also out of Lethbridge. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/lethbridge/49-dodge-2-ton/1437954244?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true If it was here in Nebraska it would be mine already.
  20. When I was a child I remember the WWI vets marching in our 4th of July parades........some on horses also, the last of the real Calvary.
  21. Reg, I'm going by my gut and saying its not a 42 Canadian Dodge simply because they are based on a plymouth dash and that is not a 42 plymouth glass. A 42 plymouth example.
