  8. The guy told me also, that the hood ornament is being repopped in Australia or New Zealand for something like $300. They are done in brass so there's no more pitting problem. My fingers are going back in for more work Tuesday. They are ugly, but still there. Thank you very much for asking.
  9. I saw this 35 sedan at a show today in Wanatah, Indiana. The owner said he got when he was in high school 50 years ago. Two years after school he wrecked the right side and put it away. Five years ago his son got him to bring it back to life. The interior is still original and very nice.
  10. Here's how it really goes; 1. Did something stupid 2. No one saw me 3. Yep, hurt pretty good. 4. Can't really hide it from the wife, the first thing I did was go in the house and say "c'mon, we're goin' to the hospital".

  15. I successfully use meters like that by putting the red wire on the battery ground post, (-), and the black wire on the coil terminal that goes to the distributor.
  16. Absolutely beautiful! No room for second thoughts here, it's perfect. Just call me "green with envy".
  17. We're hopin' and prayin' for you, Harvey. Do what the Drs tell you and get back to work on that car. Thats an order.
