  1. Oh man, my b3b sits right at 77” too bad she doesn’t have a neighbor that could measure it for her/you Sure hope it works out for you
  2. Nice job! I am so gonna park next to you ? Get ready to share your trade secrets with me Saturday ?
  3. Lol, it cost me more than $80. When I went in 2019 i say, don’t write off this show so fast if you have never done it before, there were over 11000. (Eleven thousand registered minus Ram man lol) Pre 64 vehicles when we went...... rather awesome! Best part, I got to use granny low to get out of there ? I think the BBQ in Lodi (this weekend) is as close as i’ve seen.
  4. Ok, I was nerding out on these again ? this one fell off my B3hh when I replaced the lower panel door weather strip a few years ago I like how the well the part number and the letter “R” (for right side) confirm Stratos research. I also noticed the “dpcd” fainted in the upper left corner oh yeah, farting around with the b4, I have only the drivers side ? Lol, now I’m gonna take this truck to the bbq next week in CA, to show ggdad in person ?
  5. Does your b1’s have a knock out or a plug in that spot?
  6. Dang, Sorry for your loss Kevin! ☹️ you will be missed but, hey, you know me, I will do a burn out in you and your moms honor ?
  7. Lol, I’ve seen you do it like this as well If I remember correctly, We had a small fuel leak and a little smoke but, it sure was fun ?
  8. Probably only you and me.... seems like the B3 and 4’s are different from the B1’s and 2’s If they do reproduce them, I would be interested in 8 sets.... four sets for mine and next time I visit Mark, i’ll Be sticking them on his ?
  9. On my B3&4’s that one on the passenger side is a knock out for something. Don’t know about prior years but, if I had one missing on a B3 now, I’d cut a round disc, spot weld it in place and cover it with a floor mat
  10. Those stops look the same…. my 1/2 ton doesn’t have overloads at all. must be that spring option Merle mentioned.
  11. No holes…. on my B3, just glued on (and painted over LOL)
  12. I swear I have seen them before but, now I can’t locate them either if Steel doesn’t pan out give Vic a call https://vicsdodgegarage.com
  13. For me, I am happy with the 215/85/16 i put on my B4D and on yours, it doesn’t look like you’ll need to worry about the rears rubbing together ?
  14. Lol, note to self… before you fill up a 550ga tank of water to drive around the neighborhood, make sure the PO didn’t build the custom bed with the “c” channel directly over the rear tires I was so busy looking at the overloads, I didn’t think to check the bed clearance ? As soon as the load shifted, I was stopped! gots to do me a little modification at some point ?
  15. Looking for some clarification on the 1 ton rear overload set up between years. in doing some work on the B4D, I saw the drivers side overload springs had a “bend” in them where they hit the stops. (And the stops are riveted on) just didn’t look right so, I went over to the B3D (51) chassis to look at a possible swap and they showed different (Beefier set up on the 51) my question is, how are other 1 tons set up? Are the stops riveted or bolted? Are there any other bent overload springs? Kinda seems weird someone would cut off the riveted stops off the 51 and I can’t imagine what it would take to bend two springs on the 53
  16. Hey Robert, I rode along after you did.... you got sap all over the seat and the door handles! What the heck?
  17. Well shoot Brad, I was hoping to “hot rod” you around the track in my one ton.... speaking of suds, I washed the one ton last weekend (the “day” it was dry) and Julie just laughed and laughed at me ? I guess she found humor in me washing a rusted/ dented truck..... It’s all good though, I removed the passengers side visor ? can’t wait!
  18. Ken does the Ranger have a brake controller? if not, I would vote to leave it this year and be safe. it would be nice to see it but… ?
  19. LOL, I think you might be on to something there…. if when you say Oregon you mean CA last year
  20. Because it sits on the backside of the throttle lever, I never noticed how worn the “link” on the B&B carbs can get. On one of mine, I stuck a little weld on the worn area. Figured a little weld would outlast the link might be worth checking out before the driving season
