Niel Hoback Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 I don't understand all this buddism talk. Sure they made a lot of bodies for AMC and parts for practically everyboby else, but thats not very enlightening. In fact, the Budd plant near my old growin up place in Gary burned down several years ago, so whats the big deal about buddism? I'm just not gettin it. just call me, Stupid. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 not sure about the body but my 41 Dodge has Budd doors...I was discriminated against as I did not get the original letter... Quote
Young Ed Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Tim I believe my pickup has budd doors too. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 So your budd doors are an opening to enlightenment? If the dome light comes on? Quote
Young Ed Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 HAHA trucks were tough back then. No sissy dome lights. Actually they were an accesory and if I actually had a headliner I'd probably install my dome light. No sun visors in my truck either. Quote
Merle Coggins Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 No sun visors in my truck either. Truck drivers were tough enough to squint. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Real truck drivers don't need no stinking enlightenment ! Take that Jeanette. Quote
Don Coatney Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 None of them dam budd doors for me... I recently found out I have the much rarer and highly sought after CLAP doors same as the Kennedy Lincoln. Quote
Don Coatney Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Not touching that one, Don. It is legit... Follow the link.. http://www430.pair.com/p15d24/mopar_forum/showthread.php?t=6846&highlight=clap Quote
Ed Griffin Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 .. I recently found out I have the much rarer and highly sought after CLAP... Thats what happens when you have more fun taking your cloths off than putting them on. Ain't that right Don? Quote
Don Coatney Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 Fast Eddie Spaghetti; First off (I have to word this carefully) glad you did not get a blow (whoops, I almost used the wrong set of words) blown away. Now personally I have been drip free for a good while I think:confused: My car on the other hand does have a couple of drips. But with my new knowledge I now know it is due to my clap doors:D So I will stick with my story that it is more fun to remove clothes than add them..... Quote
Ed Griffin Posted February 7, 2008 Report Posted February 7, 2008 So in other words you have been Bubba. .uh I mean Buddahtized? Quote
