a spray painted toilet....how very left coast!

Where did you see a spray painted toilet???? All I see is a tape outline of a crapper! :D Thou it does sound like a good idea.

Based on the apparent bathroom size, I'll guess you'll be installing the trough urinal outside?

Its already been enlarged, lol......I was over ruled on the closet approach.

Hey, where's the plumbing vent for the crapper ?

Vents are in and clothes pins at the door. :P

A deep hole dug and a bucket of dirt to cover deposits. What else is needed when you live way out in the country?!

Want fancy?-- a vent  to the hole the the fixture sits on that has a open/close valve.

Not to close to your well though!

Perfect! LOL!

Where were you when the design committee was designing????? That's brilliant!! lol

"Plumbing vent" and the anti explosion device? I installed one in my new garage!!! LOL

Sooo...if a fire starts...you flush??? lol

A fire plug would work well for all these truck dogs

Update on Phoenix. I found the door latch in the door, corrected what was amiss, check! Installed the seats, check!. Door windows are in, check,! Put down a second layer of sound deadening on the floor, check!

Tomorrow, check the exhaust pipes, check all fluids, work with windshield wipers, maybe install the box heater, and reinstall the seat belts. Sunday will do a quick exterior clean with a very mild Brillo pad and then a good wash with soapy water.

Monday will put it up on a lift so that a good retired mechanic friend and I can give it a thorough safety check, then a grease job. After all that will drive it up to the big trees in sequoia ntl park. That is a good test run and will get lots of questions at the trees, fun.

Now question. To date I'm traveling solo to the BBQ, would prefer a traveling buddy or caravan with some one. Would like to drive up on Friday afternoon but flexible. Any takers, pm me.

FYI. It might be helpful if BBQ attenders would indicate parts they need or would like to have. Then others can search their inventory and bring them to swap, sell, or make available.

I will have a number of parts I will never have use for, in my truck bed for swap or sell.  Then to E-bay for what remains.

Got a cool surprise in the mail the other day.......a birthday/bbq deal as Merle called it.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate the gift guys...its a heck of a picture! I realize its one way to get your truck "into" the show, and I think its a GREAT idea!!!

I recommend the idea to anyone...lol...I'll find a spare wall!

I also received a smaller framed version of the picture with all them standing by their trucks, AND their signature's......that's some rock and roll sh*t right there!!!....lol.

Thank You again! ^_^

4 MORE DAYS!!!!!

I saw that whisk broom and wondered... what is Tim doing with a BMW rear windscreen wiper on that wall?... (see attached photo)...

I wish I was there for the BBQ. I might have to work something out with Hank about another trip over that way in 2017?

Regards to my MOPAR forum brothers, and I look forward to plenty of pictures of the fun times had by all at the Q.

I would truly consider this 'john' complete and properly supplied if I had seen a basket of Super Chevy magazines...we all know that is what they are really good for

besides, everyone knows that the whisk broom is used in conjunction with a bucket of water and corn cobs..

BUT even more disturbing is that this is a BBQ, food abounds, and no sink shown to wash your hands....

I told you about the time I was traveling through Tennessee and stopped at this motel.  Called the front desk and said "I got a leak in the sink" and the agent replied, yeah..go ahead, the toilet has not worked right in that room for some time now.
