at a swap meet a few years back I asked them about rubber for the old Plymouths..their comment was along the lines of...you mean people actually confess to owning that junk...we make rubber for real cars...I guess the crunch has hit them and now they have to make parts for junk cars to make a living...

look www.dhwani-impex.com however once this gentleman few months ago insisted major orders for more than 50 pcs or more.they say that they can manage major rubber parts mostly mounts, bushes, bumpers etc

This is interesting.... I was looking for a rear transmsission seal for my Pilothouse and one of the forum members suggested a company in India (gesco seals) that had that particular seal. I sent them an email and they replied.

They seemed especially interested in using me as a sales rep to do cold calls for them, and after I did a little basic research for them, they said they would send me the seal for free. I'm still waiting...

Anyway, 2 weeks after my first email, this new user (pjshah30) has started posting his suggestions for Mopar parts from India. Seems like quite a coincidence, or maybe I'm over-thinking the whole thing.

Maybe Mr. pjshah30 would introduce himself? Any supplier of quality parts for flatheads is OK with me...

I have bought a few pieces from Metro and was not really satisfied. I much prefer Steele although they are more pricey. I think you get what you pay for.

I received an email from people that run that web site a year or two ago inquiring if I could sell their products through my web site. I did notice that they claim to have the sealed canister oil filter available. But I am not a parts vendor and was a little skeptical of them based on overall nature of their web site so did not even respond to their email.
