Reg Evans Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) I've always wanted on of these but alas....no dough. It's got a 413 and a 727. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260559115542&viewitem=&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3ASS%3AUS%3A1123#v4-31 Edited February 27, 2010 by Reg Evans Quote
John-T-53 Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I can't tell but I would guess they put the head aft of the rear wheel. In either case, you probably wouldn't want to use it while the vehicle is stopped on a public street. Just like the trains in Italy - they say don't flush at the station. Quote
HanksB3B Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 (edited) Reg, I thought Yellow is your thing. Brown, I Don't think so.. I didn't need to be reminded about how my Elementry School Boys Room Stank, but I do have to laugh about kids chain reaction puking in the halls. Why don't you just buy my Dodge Bus after I pick it up over at John Force's house? Hank Edited February 25, 2010 by HanksB3B Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 25, 2010 Author Report Posted February 25, 2010 Good God Hank ! .......I hope all that puking took place in a private school. Wouldn't be prudent to let that happen in a public school. You'd be EXPELLED imediately. John-T-53.....I think this one has a large capacity holding tank with a quick release cable designed to make them tailgaters back off real quick like. Quote
Fernando Mendes Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 The front grill, head lights & fenders are from a GMC truck. Quote
HanksB3B Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 On the restored truck you mean? I was thinking that too. It probably is a GMC, but it does have Dodge Hubcaps ? Huh.. How's the tailgate coming? Hank Quote
buds truck Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 thats not a crapper.... thats a "bucket" seat :D:D:D Quote
Young Ed Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 On the restored truck you mean? I was thinking that too. It probably is a GMC, but it does have Dodge Hubcaps ? Huh..How's the tailgate coming? Hank Thats a ford front end and dodge caps. Quote
48Dodger Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 thats not a crapper.... Thats a "bucket" seat :d:d:d lol....... 48d Quote
HanksB3B Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Thats a ford front end and dodge caps. But I just couldn't place it. Definately a Ford for sure. Wonder why the Dodge hubcaps...well then John Force does a lot of things I don't understand. This was his elementary school bus and some of those idiot shows like "Pimp my Ride" or the other employee abuse car craft shows restored it for John. Hank Quote
Dave72dt Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 School bus was done by Chip Foose and his group from the Overhaulin show. Those people actually seemed to get along with each other. I believe it was a bus similar to what Force rode to school but not the exact one Quote
Clinton_Reeser Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Thats not Dodge caps. Thats Foose wheels. Chip Foose is the one that customized the bus for him. Quote
Young Ed Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Wow they sure look like they said dodge. Foose makes much more sense! Quote
John-T-53 Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 A variation of bus driving from some of the locals in Oakland: Quote
Merle Coggins Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Don't ya love it when guys have to hold up their pants with one hand all of the time? "Dude, get better fitting drawers or get a belt!" This one looks pretty cool too. Not crazy about the music, but the bus is interesting. Looks like a Ford bus with an Caddie nose. Quote
Clinton_Reeser Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Yeah they look almost identical to Dodge caps. I remember watching that episode on overhaulin thinking that they look alot like dodge caps and was wondering why they would put dodge caps on a ford bus and then i saw it a little closer. Quote
Fernando Mendes Posted February 26, 2010 Report Posted February 26, 2010 Yes Hank,I noticed too, when I wrote that it was a GMC front grill & fenders, that it has a Dodge 1942 hubs. Not more I noticed, because underneath the pics are very dark and I can not see. Quote
