This year it is but a blue moon can occur in any month except February. They occur on average every 33 months. Last one was May, 2007 and the next is August, 2012.

I think I will put it off till the end of the month. Stricly speaking, the "Blue Moon" is the

2nd full moon during the same month, so you have some time to plan exactly what you want to put off.
