  1. I was finally able to find enough time to do some spraying today. Got the bottom of the coupe, rear inner fender wells and one inside rear fender sprayed with tinted bedliner. Seems to have come out pretty well. Will do the other rear and both inner front fenders tomorrow if the creek don't rise and the boss doesn't have anything that in critical for me to do.
  2. Norman did you tell them you had two orders? Paying twice sucks but if they don't know it's hard to change it.
  3. That should help lots of folks out as long as it doesn't go to someone that gets on the forum once or twice and never comes back. Good on you.
  4. Lucky for me I don't suffer from acid reflux.
  5. No I just can't stand vinegar.
  6. vinegar is almost as bad an odor as vomit.
  7. The complete car is finally in primer/sealer and sanded to 600 grit. I have to drive 150 miles one way to pick up the tint and tintable bedliner which I will do on Thursday. Hopefully by this weekend the bottom and rear fenderwells and maybe the inside of the trunk will be coated and in final color. I went with 1991 GM dark polo green #9529 in transtar or PPG 4235. It's a metallic and I didn't really want to go there but it looks really good on the paint chip.
  8. grind the corners round.
  9. stink eye wears off eventually. Bribes and "yes dears" usually make it disappear somewhat faster.
  10. I'm almost 60 and still drink fresh milk every day. Hasn't killed me yet

  13. 3 window business coupe 47 dodge
  14. If anyone has any photos of body mounts put together I could use some. The manual shows what goes on each bolt but not where the rubber parts go between body and frame on the mount. It's really confusing me.
  15. exciting times when the color goes on. I'm almost there. Your's is looking superb. Congrats
  16. if the positive goes to the starter then the negative goes to the ground. It is negative ground .
  17. Yep, just spent $600 on basecoat and clear. Hopefully I bough enough.
  18. Received my rubber body mount kit today. $218 worth of rubber. Last week I finished my newly made sleeve assemblies. Now to buy some bolts, nuts, washers and a few studs.
  19. I belong in that category. People have to watch out for "old men". We usually know a lot of ways to mess up their day.
  20. I would keep quiet and laugh at them.
  21. always post if you have a contribution catfish. If you have knowledge that someone else is lacking and share it, it makes their day.
  22. I prefaced my comment with "no personal experience". I've made most of my own panels but looked at these before I decided to jump on in and make my own. Most of the comments about this brand ran something like: biggest piece of s**t and a complete waste of money. Paraphrased. Scared me off. Have you had personal experience with a panel from C2C PA?
  23. No personal experience but I've heard nothing but bad things about C2C products and their lack of correct fit.
  24. Sorry but with that description we'll need a photo. lol
  25. Thanks PA for suggesting this idea!!
