If you're talking about the post at the rear of the engine head.....that's for cars. Trucks should have a bolt filling the space and not the post. 48D

That's a real clean looking set of stainless grille parts. 1939 is the only year for the "V" pattern. 40-47 had the "Plus" pattern. Kinda valuable in some circles of the internet. examples: 1939 Gille Stainless Ebay 1939 Grille nose piece 48D -

The BBQ will be awesome this year…!! ...Its a gathering of world travelers and Mopar know- it- alls (lol). A place to say “hey” to vintage trucks, cars, and the old guys who love them. When the event is underway, a few forum names would come up....some asking questions like "wonder what he's like?" "wonder if he'll come out next year?" or "wouldn't it be great if that guy was here, I'd like to talk with him". Each year I give out an award to someone who symbolizes the fun of meeting a person known only from the internet, someone you’d hope would be at the BBQ. It's what created the "Wish You Were Here Award". An award that reminds everyone on the forum, no matter where you're at, you're invited!! Past winners: 2008 Don Coatney 2009 Merle Coggins 2010 Hank aka HanksB3B 2011 Ed aka Young ED 2012 Bud aka Budstruck 2013 Tim Adams aka Plymouthy Adams 2014 Mark aka ggdad1951 and Davin aka Desotodav 2015 Joe Hanely aka 52b3 Joe 2016 Dave aka Dave72dt 2017 Rob aka Dodge4ya 2018 JB Neal 2019 Todd B This gentleman has the distinct honor of winning the award two years in a row. Why? Because, it's only right that he has the opportunity to meet his friends at a BBQ that’s actually gonna happen! This is what I said last year... “The reason so many of us have become friends is because of the continued efforts of one person. Someone who has been working at this for quite some time. He’s the gentleman behind the curtain, the trucker who tunes the algorithm when it's out of rhythm. He’s a dude who loves the old iron just as much as the next guy. He’s the reason I have so many friends across the globe. I can’t thank you enough!” Whether or not he can make it to the BBQ, is yet to be determined, but he still deserves the recognition! • 2020/21 GTK Webmaster • Forum Admim/Webmaster Extraordinaire Congratulations again Sir!!! Look for your trophy in the mail for real this time my friend. -
He's waiting on the driveshaft......then it should be worthy of the road! 48D

Awesome!! How far you coming from? 48D -
With or without the corner windows, the rear window is the same size thru 48-53. Corner windows and door vents were part of the Deluxe package. I believe that's a Chevy term from the late 60's, standard rear window vs an option to go bigger. Those guys always seem to argue about which one is better. Please correct me if I'm wrong...def not a Chevy guy. lol 48D

. That's an early 1950 fluid drive (still using the floor shifter) And this is a 1952 standard trans using the column shifter. Note: pedal dimensions and attachments are different as well. 48D -

I believe that after market 1970 tanks are designed (pre-drilled mounting holes) to also fit 65-68 as well as its original design for the 1970. Ford guys like to increase the fuel capicity of the older mustangs. Like Ed mentioned, the top of the tank is the trunk floor (hence all the ribbing)....which is why those tanks sometimes come with foam cut outs for the perimeter of the tank to help the carpet lay flat. 48D -

I agree with Merle. I see two floor shifters and a enough room for the standard clutch. The fluid drive housing is much longer. ....and not sure what the benefit of a hill holder type tranny would do for a forklift. hmmmm. 48D -
If you get it here Brent, you get a front row spot by the shop.......AND a burger! 48D
