  1. Ranger rear axle on my radar, a target width at 56 1/2 WMS is the correct number as the 49 width is narrow and limits my donor pool. the ranger had a 2' offset to passenger side to center of pumpkin. Is this an issue? what about a main gear or pumpkin swamp?Is this doable?

  4. Thats a primo car. If it can keep up with freeway speeds, 65 or so why not? If youre rolling down I 95 you should be fine then I 4 to Tampa. Dont get anywhere near Atlanta and I 75
  5. wow LC sure jogged my memory. and hes spot on. Back in the 70s when a had a Tradesman van with a slant 6 and a 3 speed I was sucking air when it came to a mountain grade in No Cal or Oregon. If your a flatlander then its chill and run at 65 all day. or a viable OD would be the smart option

  15. Paper boy was more like truancy and deliquency all in one. need to know how to "roll" a paper. Make sure you "lead" your toss. one maybe 2 bounces at the foot of the steps. subtract points for broken screen/storm doors.

  17. A great first job. For me at least. in a small coastal town. I made my own hours. my dog was welcome and hung out. Learned how to wrench on my old cars. washed windows back then. Theres many of you that have that old gas pump by your garage Ill bet. Remember that stupid Navy like cap? (not me I dint wear it)
  18. on the drivers side I velcored the carpet perimeter down to access the MC up to the sill/threshold
  19. Im sure Marc is right about custom stuff. crazy pricey but lots of customs work and hard to find fabrics. I made my own door threshholds out of black vinyl cove molding.I like the smooth surface ez to sweep out. Thats a sweet car
  20. duct tape that thing together and keep it for a pattern. a Windsor or Royal? you need carpet my man. this is not a Plaza or Savoy
