Loren
I have used them and I have recommended them. They have an incredible amount of carburetor data sheets too.
desoto1939
the only problem with the new rebuild kits is that they do not contain all of the internal parts that would have come with the original carter rebuild kits. Some might say that since the lether on the accelerator pump might be old all you should be doing is soak in a little light oil so soften up the leather and you will be good to go.. I collect the older original carter kits for my 39 Desoto also the other interesting part is that all of the various cater rebuild parts are listed on the outside of the box with the carter number. I have found that if you copy the sheet and then take this with you to a swap meet i have found that most of these internal brass parts are used for many years across the various Carter carb kits for our cars and trucks. I have also found that you can build your own kits by removing these small parts when you find another carter kit. Sometime i have found kits for $10-15 with useable parts, Also you get to learn more about your car. Always be prepared in advance. SuperDave87
I've had the most luck with rockauto. They seem to have bought up a bunch of NOS stuff.

Dodgeb4ya
O'Reilly's has the B&B kits too...1+year ago about $40.00.. Have bought three of them...same kits as all the other vendors...no FD anti-stall plunger though.
Dan Hiebert
The Carburetor Doctor in Tulsa, OK is a good source for carb kits, and some parts, too. I've got a slightly different Stromberg in the D24, not the usual BXVD but I don't remember exactly which right now. Couldn't find a kit for it, but sent the numbers to the aforementioned and they had what I needed on the shelf. Had it in hand within a week. They also had a kit for the Carter W1 in our Terraplane in stock.
