I'm trying to figure out if a 60" belt would work ok in my 1960 Rambler American.  Has anyone installed belts in a small car like this that can enlighten me?  I'm just not finding the information I want online.  And with the color I want (light blue), they are a special order and are not returnable (from Julianos Hot Rod Parts).  Is there another company that anyone here has purchased seat belts from that they would recommend?  Thanks ?

@Worden18 I have been looking at Wesco Preformance for lap belts. They have nice installation sheet that explains the measurements needed and placement of anchor points. They recommend 74" belts for all pre-1970 applications.

Take a piece of rope and pass it through the seat, where the seat belt will come through on your right side, until it reaches your planned anchor point. Then sit in the seat and put the rope over your lap and route it to your other anchor point. Mark the rope, remove it, and measure the length.
