It is a full-frame car,and for it to be twisted that badly,it almost had to have gone airborne and landed somewhere where there was something massive already parked. Frank Elder
I miss men wearing suits and hats, and women in dresses......nothing as pretty as a happy woman in a sun dress. My Gramps wore a suit and tie with a hat every day of his life and he looked spiffy too!?

My mother wore a dress every day of her life, though.
Frank Elder
My Gramps was born in 1911 and he was buried in his cracker jacks from WWII.
MackTheFinger
I worked at a Gulf station for an absolutely great guy who always wore that uniform. Sad to see what IMO is the best looking car of all time folded up like that. I had a white PV 544 Volvo like the one in the pic. The one I had was a '66. I can't recall exactly what year but it was late '60s or early '70s. Had a 444 before that. Great cars, faster than a VW Beetle and a real heater too. Would love to have one now. A nice ripe watermelon would be nice, too.. My father was born in 1908 and died at our kitchen table in '67. I only remember him wearing a suit at his parent's funerals in 1960 and I'm sure he borrowed that one. Heck, I don't own a suit now, not even a sport jacket.. Who am I supposed to be anyway, Frank Sinatra?
Plymouthy Adams
the PV544 are sharp cars in my opinion......I always liked them and while back was able to buy one at a fair enough price to make it worth grabbing...mine is a 1962 Sport.....I have only bought new metal for it so far and have it stored with the car....should be a fun project...
