casper50 Posted January 18, 2016 Author Report Posted January 18, 2016 no idea. and it's not mentioned in the ad. Quote

casper50 Posted January 18, 2016 Author Report Posted January 18, 2016 wonder if it works well? Quote
wayfarer Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 There must be someone from this site in the MD area that can get eyes on it..... Quote
DJ194950 Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 I cannot see where the turbo would do anything. Both the air inlet to the turbo and the pressure side are on the intake manifold Below the carb.?? Ideas-explanations? Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 look closer at the routing of the tubing....drafted down into the compressor and then routed back to the intake.. 1 Quote
greg g Posted January 18, 2016 Report Posted January 18, 2016 Looks like the casting beneath the carb is probably dual chambered. The front side sucks through the carb gets boosted and is delivered around the carb and into the back side of the casting. Wonder what it came from? Quote
soth122003 Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Don't know much about the huffer, but if you add the Flux capacitor maybe you can go back and get some answers. Joe 1 Quote

Don Coatney Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Or just call the guy and ask him. If you tell the guy what he has the price might go up Quote
jcmiller Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 Someone must have told him because now the ad mentions it. Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted January 19, 2016 Report Posted January 19, 2016 the link no longer points to the car in question..... Quote
deathbound Posted January 20, 2016 Report Posted January 20, 2016 If someone REALLY wanted it, they would've called and made an offer. A turbo flathead.....cool, a turbo flathead in a more door.....not for me. Buy it for the flathead, part/sell/scrap the rest to recoup some cash, hopefully come out ahead. Quote
