Npence Posted January 17, 2015 Author Report Posted January 17, 2015 I'm looking for a new spring for the gas pedal. The one on the truck is very stiff. Does anyone know where I could find a new spring at? Quote

Our local True Value Hardware store has them. Quote
Don Coatney Posted January 17, 2015 Report Posted January 17, 2015 In the olden days some repair shops lacking scruples would charge a customer for a full tune-up but simply replaced the throttle return spring with something requiring less resistance. Then they would go for a drive with the customer pointing out to her or him how much better the car ran due to less foot feed pressure required. Quote
