Plymouthy Adams Posted July 1, 2014 Report Posted July 1, 2014 just an observation..the fact that my wife says I watch TV too closely..but for instance the stupid Viagra commercial..driving along in a Dodge truck puling a horse trailer..comes into a shallow mud hole and spins the back tires to a stop...get out and unloads two horses...harness them up fully and pull the truck forward...LIGHT BULB MOMENT HERE...the truck is 4 wheel drive and at no time did he lock the front hubs...I think the man is too stupid to have sex myself... https://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0LEVw6IK7NT5A8AUplXNyoA;_ylc=X1MDMjc2NjY3OQRfcgMyBGJjawMzdG8xcWM1OWpvaDRtJTI2YiUzRDQlMjZkJTNEMXJoVkNVQnJZSDMzQkJIdDB0TllJWFZQWThlYzUzNC5IRG5nbVdObjlUWDJCUS0tJTI2cyUzRGM2BGZyA3lmcC10LTkwMQRncHJpZANqd2l2TzRKQVFMdUFLNDFZbjc5azdBBG10ZXN0aWQDU1dJTSUzRFNXSU1DMARuX3JzbHQDMTAEbl9zdWdnAzEwBG9yaWdpbgNzZWFyY2gueWFob28uY29tBHBvcwMzBHBxc3RyA3ZpYWdyYSAgY29tbWVyYwRwcXN0cmwDMTUEcXN0cmwDMjkEcXVlcnkDdmlhZ3JhIGNvbW1lcmNpYWwgd2l0aCBob3JzZXMEdF9zdG1wAzE0MDQyNTQyOTk4MTIEdnRlc3RpZANTV0lNQzA-?gprid=jwivO4JAQLuAK41Yn79k7A&pvid=69exXTk4LjE.4DphUzxElgKENzEuMlOzK4j_yqy4&p=viagra+commercial+with+horses&fr2=sa-gp&fr=yfp-t-901 and to continue this..the next film show what I will swear to be as a brass bolstered knife being used to strike a flint for sparks...for sure the spark is brighter object in this filmstrip https://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0LEVw6IK7NT5A8AUplXNyoA;_ylc=X1MDMjc2NjY3OQRfcgMyBGJjawMzdG8xcWM1OWpvaDRtJTI2YiUzRDQlMjZkJTNEMXJoVkNVQnJZSDMzQkJIdDB0TllJWFZQWThlYzUzNC5IRG5nbVdObjlUWDJCUS0tJTI2cyUzRGM2BGZyA3lmcC10LTkwMQRncHJpZANqd2l2TzRKQVFMdUFLNDFZbjc5azdBBG10ZXN0aWQDU1dJTSUzRFNXSU1DMARuX3JzbHQDMTAEbl9zdWdnAzEwBG9yaWdpbgNzZWFyY2gueWFob28uY29tBHBvcwMzBHBxc3RyA3ZpYWdyYSAgY29tbWVyYwRwcXN0cmwDMTUEcXN0cmwDMjkEcXVlcnkDdmlhZ3JhIGNvbW1lcmNpYWwgd2l0aCBob3JzZXMEdF9zdG1wAzE0MDQyNTQyOTk4MTIEdnRlc3RpZANTV0lNQzA-?gprid=jwivO4JAQLuAK41Yn79k7A&pvid=69exXTk4LjE.4DphUzxElgKENzEuMlOzK4j_yqy4&p=viagra+commercial+with+horses&fr2=sa-gp&fr=yfp-t-901 1 Quote
Don Coatney Posted July 1, 2014 Report Posted July 1, 2014 Details, details? Guess I see it differently. I just see the big smile on the guys face after he leaves the horse trailer having loaded the horses. But I must ask why you spend so much time watching Viagra commercials??? Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted July 1, 2014 Author Report Posted July 1, 2014 it is not the watching of commercial..it is simply the very obvious facts as seen by me...the guy is do dependent on outside help he never locked the hubs....not much of a thinking man in my book....makes me wonder if he has a stand-in in other places...one movie comes to mind, Kentucky Fried Movie and Big John Slade...I will not post that link here...check your e-mail...lol Quote
wdoland Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 And what's going to happen when the wife's in one tub and the husband is in another? Or how about the Camero guy that overheats and gets a bottle of ice cold water to pour in the radiator. Do boner pills make you stupid? 1 Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted July 2, 2014 Author Report Posted July 2, 2014 (edited) And what's going to happen when the wife's in one tub and the husband is in another? Or how about the Camero guy that overheats and gets a bottle of ice cold water to pour in the radiator. Do boner pills make you stupid? apparently so...I remember the very ones you now mentioned..I think they are stupid stupid stupid...and how about the certain pill for a certain ailment that is for the ailment that is "thought to be" and their medicine is "suspected to work by".....people today seem to think their entire social and physical abilities reside in a prescription bottle. Lifestyle drugs for the folks that have no ambition to be proactive at anything. I would venture to say these top my list...and these very s drugs 6 months to a year or so later are the very ones that the ambulance chasing lawyers are pursuing Edited July 2, 2014 by Plymouthy Adams Quote
DJ194950 Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 And I thought I was the only one to even slightly listen to the details of the wonder drugs. The possible side effects by far outweigh the Possible benefits. Don't even get me started about the 4 wd. truck that the limp owner would rather unload the houses to pull him out of the mud!! Young Ed Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 Tim how old was this truck? They haven't had manual locking hubs in a long time. Quote
Don Coatney Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 Tim how old was this truck? They haven't had manual locking hubs in a long time. Apparently old enough to need Viagra Quote
Plymouthy Adams Posted July 2, 2014 Author Report Posted July 2, 2014 early or late model truck, he never activated them by shifting into 4wd...it is so obvious as the only the back tires were spinning... Quote
Lumpy Posted July 5, 2014 Report Posted July 5, 2014 I got the impression that perhaps the left rear, and the right front tires were spinning, as a 4X4 will do with open differentials. In that case, without real good tires a 4X4 just remains a 4X2, which I guess is better than a 4X2 with an open differential, which becomes a 4X1 in slick conditions. ?? But yeah...if he'd just kept up his speed, he would have gone through the little mud puddle, and got home to the wife/girlfriend/mistress/baby sitter much sooner. Unloading horses, hitching them up to harness, un-harness, re-load them...that had to take a while. ken. Quote
Mark D Posted July 6, 2014 Report Posted July 6, 2014 Tim how old was this truck? They haven't had manual locking hubs in a long time. I've got two 3/4 ton plow trucks in my maintenance fleet at the office, one 2012 and one 2013. Took one home over the winter to plow the driveway. Pulled the floor lever into 4h and could not figure out why they where so horrible plowing. Neighbor came out and asked me if I set the hubs. Dumby moment passed quickly and I was pushing mountains after that. Quote
nonstop Posted July 6, 2014 Report Posted July 6, 2014 Might be getting old, but after all the work of hitching the horses, making it to the house, unhitching the horses, putting them away, putting the trailer away, finding out why the 4 wheel drive wasn't working, and cleaning up from working in the mud and with the horses, I would probably grab a beer and pass out before even trying to have sex! 1 Quote
48Dodger Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 The truck look like mid 90's.....had external locking hubs....you could see the front axil pumpkin....rear tire spin left side only.....draft harnesses for pulling (trailer kinda small for draft horses)....story mostly plausible......in a situation like that, you don't want to drop all 4 tires deep into the mud...keep the front from creating a rut....give the back tires a chance to push you out.....nothing worse then haveing all 4 tires up to the axils.....BUT....... He was on plains (all dirt roads)!!!!!!.......Drive around the mud hole dumb-a**....lol 48D 1 Quote
Lumpy Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 He was thinking too much about the baby sitter...didn't even see the mud puddle. Well I still say a 4X4 like that will often spin the left rear, and the right front, and the other two wheels, right rear and left front, will just sit there...like when you get just one wheel spinning in a two wheel drive. k. Don Coatney Posted July 7, 2014 Report Posted July 7, 2014 When exactly did he drop the pill? PEPPERMINT I recently spent $6,500 on a young registered Black Angus bull. I put him out with the herd but he just ate grass and wouldn't even look at a cow. I was beginning to think I had paid more for that bull than he was worth. Anyhow, I had the Vet come and have a look at him. He said the bull was very healthy, but possibly just a little young, so he gave me some pills to feed him once per day. The bull started to service the cows within two days, all my cows! He even broke through the fence and bred with all of my neighbor's cows! He's like a machine! I don't know what was in the pills the Vet gave him .. but they kind of taste like peppermint. 2 Quote
