He has a lot of lugnuts for sale from various cars. Its a sneaky way of using ebay to advertise and then selling parts directly to people.

I think it's a cheap way for him to show part of his inventory of pilothouse parts. Why else hold it up in front of a whole row of parts trucks. Any indications of where that lot is. I assume there's contact information if you need more details on that lug nut.

Well yeah. Went to ebay and read the 'auction' notice. Sounds like it isn't really an auction. Something like 'anything you need let us know and we will set up an auction just for you.' He's in Deerfield Ohio. Googled the address and then went to images. Budsautoonline.com. Lots and lots of pictures. My first impression is he has been doing this for sometime. Maybe he just got around to posting something Mopar?

He has stuff if you ask or he will look but so far nothing for my car.

Let me do the math. $.99 for one lugnut plus six bucks for shipping equals about seven bucks each. That is twenty eight bucks per set per truck. I see at least 6 trucks. So to buy them all is $168 bucks plus the buyers fee. I estimate there is at least 1000 nuts of all sizes per truck So to buy every nut on the 6 trucks is more than I want to spend.

I would have gladly paid that much for the lug studs I needed

You can buy the ones for the 1/2 ton trucks all day long.

3/4 ton another story.............

I finally got something that should work. But what a hassle. :(

Well, I'm officially going to check out this place! Its about 3 hours from my house. I'm going to Cleveland in 2 weeks, so I'm going to make a little time on the way home to stop here. Hopefully there are some good parts to grab!

grab all the parts you can! I'd gladly pay for a dual horn and a center divider bar w/ the stock flat area for the rear view mirror if available!

Ok, I'll see what I can do! I'm looking for a good tailgate, good running boards and other misc. parts I need. I'll let you know.

Ok, I made time to stop there on my way back from my trip today. He does have quite a few pilothouses in his yard, and he seems to sell parts off them VERY quickly. There were no extremely rare parts in any of the trucks to say. There was a 53 with fluid drive in it, if your looking for fluid drive parts there ya go. There were a few sunvisors (but seems someone has bought a lot of them this past week so I couldn't pick them). There is a lot of body parts and cabs around, some are ROUGH while some are very restorable. There are a few doors (48-50) style that are almost PERFECT. I almost bought them but decided I'd rather my truck will be "right" when I'm done. There were no radios. For ggdad1951, I had my fingers crossed for you, but no duel horn or mirror bar . Actually one did have duel horns, but they were not right for the pilothouses, they were cobbled in by someone in the past. I didn't get the tailgate I was looking for, someone beat me to it by a week...darn. Didn't get lucky in finding any extra pieces for my stainless grill either. I did pull and buy electric wipers for my truck. When I got home I hit them on my battery and they work great, so I spent all evening going through them and now they are ready to go on the truck! I got everything for the wipers, including extra arms for $50. I didn't find his prices outrageous. I spoke with the owner and he is a nice guy that knows his stuff! Its worth a call if you're looking for something! They will ship parts.
