I never thought it could happen, a company has 'almost' made a production car uglier than the Aztec..for a close second...the KIA Soul..I thought it was ughhh on the commercial...finally saw one on the road...double ugh

Our granddaughter was going to buy one, I asked her isn't that the box that you have to be a rat to drive? She got mad and said that was a hampster in the ad, I said same thing. She bought a different car.

I thought the ad was extremely creative and probably responsible for any boost in sales the car may ever have had..on the car market, unfortunately the KIA line is at the extreme bottom for resale..off the lot drop is out of porportion for sure..

on another note, a friend of mine bought his wife a KIA, the larger car..she drove it quite a while..however he keeps her in a late model car at all times..she wanted a Maxima..she got it...less than 30 days later she was back in a KIA..so evidently the line has something going for itself..

I thought..so-so till I sw the very butt of one in front of me...it was rough having to wait for the passing zone to get around it..but hey..if cars were dependant on me getting to the market..we would have whole lot less to choose from..

For me it's a toss up between the Aztec and the Nissan Mocoso, oops, I meant Murano and it's just as ugly Infinity counterpart.

In my humble opinion, there is no such thing as an SUV, they're all BUVs (Butt Ugly Vehicles).

One of my co-workers just bought a Soul, and apart from being somewhat ugly it's a pretty well built and decent performing vehicle. She also has a '64 Satellite so I guess her taste level isn't all bad.

First GM build the Aztec under the Pontiac name then they orphaned the whole line.
