  1. What model size is it 1.5-2 ton? Looks bigger then my 46 wd21 (1 ton). No real help on transport but you could try posting check over at the power wagon forum http://www.dodgepowerwagon.com/wwwboard/index.html

  3. Bob, it is a clean car seats and door panels redone body is good even the rockers and floors look solid also see new brake lines and mc. It will be about a month until I can get the car in my garage and go over it but it looks like a keeper. I took a close up of the oil filter set up did not see a manufactures name but will look closer when I have the filter off

  6. Last Weekend I went to look at a 52 Plymouth. I did not need another car but somehow the car followed me home. Below is a few pics the came with most of the trim and the rear fenders just need to put it back together. Interesting filter setup it was converted to a spin on oil filter Ed
  7. Brian Glad the bumpers worked out. I see using the link that JCW recommends a gauge to use with the unit. They do not say if it 6v or 12v I always thought gauges had to be 6 or 12 so why does this one seem to work with either voltage ? Someone please educate me Ed

  10. I have a hub puller I purchased 4 or 5 years ago from a tool supply company I think the name is old forge or something like that paid about $100. I have it on about 4 cars one a 49 Dodge D30 I had to beat it hard with a 4 lb sledge many time before the drum popped but it has held up well

  13. There had been some discussion on 6 volt batteries group 1 or group 2 attached are 2 pics of a battery that was in a 52 Plymouth that followed me home yesterday it had a big 6 volt maybe for a truck 1175 cca. I have it on charge to see if it comes back to life.

I have a hf grinder but I picked up a Dewalt at the local sams I like it much better then the hf and the sleeve you use to tighten the disk with can be flipped over for thinner or thicker disks. I get the thin cutting disks at a local Ace hardware for about $2-3 each the thicker disks are more for grinding then cutting.

  20. he has a nice truck but yours may look better then mine its a 46 wd21 have all the parts including a newer engine from a 60 pw. I am going 12 volt with mine have a generic premade harness.
  21. a few years ago I replaced my cable in a p15 coupe got the cable from Roberts it was casing and core (complete cable) it was a little longer the the original or maybe I routed it wrong but it was a good fit just had maybe 6" extra.
