Please instruct if there is life after that, I can definately see the opposite river bank of my life already;) Or will the afternoon coffee and bisquet be the most exciting thing in my life from now on... Naaah, seriously the kid inside me still has the power. And I don't look a day over fifty:D Quote

Heavy Flat Head Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 Fireball, The first thing to do is change your name. The second thing is Oh I forgot what I was thinking. All kidding aside it only gets better until the pain sets in. Then just ignore it and keep plugging away. Of cours things that used to take one hour know take about a day, but who cares as this is fun. Another weired thing that came up is my wife likes the slower pace. I forgot again, pain ..... what pain? Ed Quote
james curl Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 Turned 72 yesterday, still messing with old cars and trying new ideas. In my mind I am somewhere in my 20s, and yes the girls look better now than they did in 1955. You aren't close enough to the river bank to see your on side let alone across to the other side. I have had my 48 Plymouth for 21 years and still enjoy driving it every day so you should still have a few years left. Happy Birthday. Quote
Tony Cipponeri Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 Fireball, All I can say is it takes a brave man to grow old, of course the other way is far worse. Tony C Quote

JIPJOBXX Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 As I say" Your only as old as you feel or maybe as you present yourself" I think 60 is a real prime birthday as then you are kind of over the hill and living on bowered time. Happy birthday and may you have many more to come! Quote
