Please check out the  Resource Section, Downloads, Templates.

I have shared the template for making Rubber Seals between the Front Inner fenders, and the frame.

These seals were dry rotted on my D24 Club Coupe.  I was lucky to finder both inner fenders NOS with the original rubber seals attached.

This site has helped me much, and I have used several templates on the resouce page, so I am happy to share these with you all.

They should work on all Dodge 46-48, maybe earlier too ??? Perhaps other Chrysler lines of the era as well ???

Good luck !

OK, I just updated this Tech download with correct 2nd page. Sorry !

Remember TWO legal size sheets matched together to trace seal.

I followed the link above and then clicked on the download link with no problems.

Not sure why others cannot get through

I get a message saying I don't have permission to download that file.

I got them downloaded no problem.  I had completely forgotten that our cars even had those, a good project for the rest of winter (we still have two months of it here, at least, plenty of time for my procrastinating self).  Thank you very much for making this effort, and especially for sharing with us.
