Plymouthy Adams Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 a cold it seems. Now that the side project is finished and delivered I have this nagging cold, sinus pressure and cough. Up now due to waking up coughing my fool head off..now wide awake...watering eyes I made coffee and proceeded to see what has been going on on a few forums. Wonder drugs are kicking in...back out on the swap meet circuit come Friday..in search of that elusive part that is holding you back...lol After viewing the filmstrip on Chrysler...I only wish these guys had sarched for the cure of the common cold..I am sure they could have found it... pflaming Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 What is the saying? "Feed a fever, starve a cold?" Sorry it got you, three days and it will break. So take care. This is my mid night wake up when I can't sleep for a while then back to bed and . . . zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Quote

Don Coatney Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 After my last flu shot I fought a runny nose for about 2 weeks. Many sleepless nights until It finally broke. Quote
1940plymouth Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 No flu shot or sniffles yet for me, but for the past year, I have been unable to sleep all night, so I too am up and visiting this forum. I blame the lack of sleep on the chemotherapy and radiation treatments, but that is only me thinking that. I was on some darn strong pain medications during and after the radiation treatments, no trouble sleeping then, but then again, I don't remember much of late Sept and Oct of 2012 because of the pain meds. Hope this makes sense Quote
greg g Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 Been suffering from a dry cough and runny eyes since the middle of August. Allergens bad this year. I was hoping for a hard frost as that usually knock down about 90% of the airborne junk. This year no such luck. Got new furnace filters the other day, guess I need to actually put them in. Quote
