Looks as if your cat is keeping on eye on the car for you.

I had mine out today for about fifteen miles

Actually, she's keeping an eye out for mice. ;) It's been her job all winter to keep them out of the ol' Dodge. Was this your first drive of the season?

No, I have had her out atleast once each month so far this year.  I figure after surviving two heart attacks, nine weeks of intensive Chemotherapy and 35 radiation treatments on my throat this past year, one just never knows, so I am going to enjoy the old girl as much as possible.

I was looking at your photos again, the one with the Dodge by the railroad crossing sign is great.

Thanx for your kind words. Hope this new year new year brings you many miles and many smiles.

Ah spring is getting closer and you'll have the old gem out and about. We have a kitty just like the one in the pic.

I've got a month to go. Car and truck come out of storage 4-2.

I'm hoping my Plymouth will be able to move under her own power sometime this spring. I've been working on it outside every weekend, often bundled up in long underwear and several layers of clothes. Today I went out there and just didn't want to do it. I'll be out there this weekend as long as it's not raining or snowing, but I can't wait for the winter to be over.

Frankie, nice shot of your car in the garage. Looks like a nice secure place for it to spend the winter.

I had my cat out today too, but he rarely goes further than the alley.

Ah yes, the rare and exotic Short Hair Tuxedo cat.  ;) I'll be lucky if conditions are acceptable up here by mid-April. More than likely I'll have to wait 'til May 1.

BRRRR! Been there, done that, Joe. That's true dedication to the hobby. My daily driver had to sit outside all winter for the first time in 34 years, but it was worth it to be able store my old bus on the property. Even tho' crime and mayhem are relatively low up here, I would have been nervous about storing her off the premises. And besides, it would have cost money and I'm naturally a cheapskate!

I'll consider myself lucky if I can take her out by then, Ed. More than likely I'll have to wait 'til May 1.

That doesn't mean I'll be able to do much with them. Thats just the day I get booted out of my storage. Some years its nice and some years not. One year i had to drive home in about 6in of fresh snow.

Spring is when I really like where I live. Yesterday 3-1-13 it was 76 degrees on the north side of the house. I had to open up the garage doors in the afternoon to cool it down. Sorry but that's the price I pay for living in Californication!

Gents,

We too have a black-and-white cat but whenever he gets outside the first place he goes is the catnip patch, and then he thinks the mice are cute.  Don't know where he got that from.

I Can't Wait! I'm tired of this cold weather. I'm even looking forward to mowing the grass as much as I hate to mow.

Darren

I am using this time to give my Gravely a full service in preperation of mowimg season.

We got 8 inches of Spring today

Sure wish you'd have sent it to our mountains. Been a lousy ski season here and the with the snow pack at 66% of normal the water situation is starting to look grim again.
