I am trying to decide what color to repaint my 1952 Dodge B3 1/2 ton pickup and would like to request some of the members post a photo of their trucks.

I am leaning toward a solid black or very dark blue but have not made up my mind. I would like to see what others have done to their trucks, paint schemes, two tones, etc. My favorite is red but wife, who is my partner in our 52 likes a darker color.

When you have the time please post a recent photo of your truck...

Thank you,

Gary

I would get as close to Baylor U colors as I could. Someone will die for it; it would be a GREAT tailgate truck.

Bear in mind that the darker the color, the more unforgiving it is to bodywork. Black WILL show every defect in your prep so be prepared for a lot of hours. If you want an exercise in frustration, try getting the factory box panels perfect in gloss black.

I am trying to decide what color for mine too, was factory a coral type color, not my taste. Part of the truck was dark blue, as my truck isa mix of 3 trucks.

Now Black or dark blue are pretty sleek colors, the recipient better have straight panels, if not lots of work, or lots of money.

I am not sure what color(s), I am going with yet, this truck needs a lot of panel work....

Me too. I have been looking for something unique.

Has anyone ever seen a truck painted with that faux stone splatter paint?

Jeff

You may as well go with Rhino Liner and army green paint over that for the rugged look...........LOL
