Canvalycali Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 This is? I want to see more pics. Very nice looking car. Thanks Quote
BobT-47P15 Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 No clue as to owner. It seems to have an old Calif license plate. Sounds good. Did you also post that on the H A M B? Quote
homebrewer Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 (edited) I definitely don't think those are California plates. At least no California plate that I have ever seen. I'm thinking they are from some foreign country, or are some kind of souvenir plate you would buy in a tourist place. Just guessing though. George Edited February 1, 2010 by homebrewer Quote
blueskies Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Might try asking the question in the comments section of the youtube video. May belong to the poster of the clip. Pete Quote
desoto1939 Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Did you notice the DeSoto parked next to the coupe and then when it left the show it was following it out. Rich Hartung Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 From that license plate and what sounded like spanish being spoken maybe it's from a different country. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 If you pause the movie when the camera first passes over the front bumper, you can see that the plate clearly says California at the top. Quote
Reg Evans Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 Yes,but as Homebrewer said in an earlier post the plate doesn't look like any California plate from the present or past. Quote
Niel Hoback Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 I see, probably a homemade vanity plate then. Quote
aero3113 Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 Yea must be a different country.look at the rear plate on the Desoto . Quote
Canvalycali Posted February 2, 2010 Author Report Posted February 2, 2010 (edited) I just watched the Video again and wow is that car mean looking. Unfortunately my computer doesn't have any sound so I can't hear the motor or anyone talking. Does it sound NICE:D? Blue I didn't realize that we had a UTUBE section. If anyone else thinks it would be a good idea to put it there also let me know and I'll move it there, It just doesn't seem like there's much activity on p15 to where I'll have to bump it alot. Wow that cars is great. Thanks guys. BLUE, I just realized you wanted me to put a comment on UTUBE not on P15 in the UTUBE section. Thanks and sorry for the confusion. Cpt.Fred Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 that's french spoken in the background, the plates appear to me to be kind of a "black plate" imitation. from the 2 other videos posted by the same account you can also guess it must be in france (language, licence plates, french flag on the boat tail) but i'm still not a 100% sure... that car has a great sound, do you think its a flatty with split headers and straight pipes? i want that, too:cool: Quote
blueskies Posted February 2, 2010 Report Posted February 2, 2010 My guess is it is a split flatty with staight pipes, no mufflers... Pete Quote
48Dodger Posted February 22, 2010 Report Posted February 22, 2010 If you go to his home channel, the info sez the poster is from France. 48D Quote
