Jim Gaspard Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 I realized today my 2008 PilotHouse calendar has only 23 days left. I've asked Santa Koch to send me 2009 calendar for Christmas. I've been a good boy and just renewed my DPETCA membership to be on the safe side. My Pilot-House forum visits are one of the highlights of my day. Thanks GTK & Bob Koch. Jim Gaspard in Dallas Quote
Bob_Koch Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 Hey Jim, I think Santa heard you. His little elves are working on a color calendar for you for 2009. Quote

Don Coatney Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 what is the story on the calendar? My best guess is it starts in January and ends in December:D Quote
48Dodger Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 LOL..the genius that is, DC... 48D Quote
pflaming Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Suggestion for 2010 calendar. Drive your Pilot-house to a national scene and take a good picture of it in the forefront of a National scene: CA / Yosemite; SD / Mt Rushmore; NE / Chimney Rock; Utah / Arches; PA / Amish setting; Niagra Falls; White House. You get the idea. Send your pictures to the editors and let them decide. Reg could drive his three yellow trucks to San Franciso, Don could take one in front of the Jack Daniel's Refinery, ops Distillary!!! Quote
Reg Evans Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 "Reg could drive his three yellow trucks to San Franciso" Hello Paul !!! anybody in there?....how would I get back home to drive Ole Yeller II & III back there? Quote

Young Ed Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 Forget the bus. Reg needs to rework a bigger dodge into a hauler and load them suckers up Quote

I suffer from a rather rare condition known as FOROBOBS and can't handle bus rides any more where a bridge is involved. What is FOROBOBS you ask ? I'm sorry...but I just can't talk about it. fear of riding on busses over bridges syndrome Quote

Love the idea, I think I'll drive my Dodge up to Bemidji and take a picture in front of Paul Bunyan and Babe his blue Ox. Thats the only thing Minnesota that I can think of that is recognizable. I wonder what Dale Ulrich will come up with for North Dakota, Oil wells? Dennis Quote
pflaming Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 WOW! That is one nice car! You can park that anywhere, it really needs to be in CA, (like my garage). Sweet!!!!! Quote
Young Ed Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 Thats dads 51. Will not be in anyone elses garage ever. Been his since 66. Quote
Dennis_MN Posted December 13, 2008 Report Posted December 13, 2008 Alexanderia is a whole lot closer than Bemidji, maybe even Brainerd has a Blue Ox. In Alex, thats the statue of the unknown norweigen. I have this nice picture of my Pilot House next to Hole number 9 of the Monticello Golf Course. Had to drive about 500 feet Dennis Quote
Bob_Koch Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 Dennis, Just put your trucks picture in a folder for the 2010 Calendar. I'll be collecting pics throughout the year of our members trucks. Keep that in mind guys. When you get a chance this year take a nice pic of your truck for the 2010 calendar. Quote
pflaming Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 Do you want just any nomal Kodak photo? How about electronic photo via attachment? And a reminder on how to get a 2009 calander would be nice. PF Quote
