Peel and seal can be found at Home Depot. I got the small rolls, but apparently it comes in larger sizes too

I'm using 15 inch full wheel covers off a DODGE automobile on mine. I think they look fine, but then again I am not a purist.......

I need one door hinge bolt, I have 15 of the 16, but have misplaced the one. Anyone have an extra??? It is for my 1953. I have noticed the removable hinge plates have smaller hole on the older models of trucks. Is it alright to "open" the holes and go ahead and use them? One of my uppers is shot and I have a spare, but from an older truck.

I got the "DODGE" insignia welded in place today, so its about as done as it is gonna get for now. Ya think this will make a reasonable facimile for a tailgate???

didn't get to work in the shop on the truck, but I did get to bring home a right side sun visor and an outside sun visor that came off my adopted dads pilothouse before he gave it to his twin grandkids. I got the best end of the deal, the truck is a rusty mess!!!!!

Went over to the west side of the mountains this weekend and my adopted dad gave me a right side sun visor!! He also gave me an outside visor that was stuffed in the front seat of his old pilothouse. He specifically pulled these grabbed these two parts for me before giving the truck to his twin grandsons. The visor is a great score for sure, but the outside visor is pretty bent up and is missing the side pieces. It is aluminum and has a "crosshatch" on the outer panels that would make straightening pretty darn difficult. I don't know if I can use the outside visor, but that inside visor will be a great addition.

That roof looks real fixable, I sure wouldnt even think of replacing it either. A little bit of filler and it will look like new!!!
